Each consultation through Mitigo Care is completely private and safe, and always delivered by a Canadian licensed provider.

All data is encrypted. Your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored. We adhere to HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR data privacy requirements.

Is my credit card information secure?

The payment and processing of your credit card is through Stripe. We don't access or store your payment information. You may review Stripe’s policy for more information.

Is Mitigo Care available in my province?

Mitigo Care is currently available to Alberta and British Columbia residents.

Can I use my private health insurance benefits for payment?

Our online consultations are covered under many existing private healthcare plans including Healthcare Spending Accounts. Please click here to see which insurances are currently covered for direct billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards as a form of payment.

How do I check in for my visit?
  1. Use a computer/device with a camera and microphone
  2. Click on the link in your email you received at the time of booking
  3. Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone
  4. Type in your name and click check-in
  5. Wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider starts your visit
